Giulio Ciccone became a well-deserved King of the Mountains, Tobias Foss was the best young rider and Matúš Štoček was awarded the prize of the best Slovakian rider. Team CCC Sprandi dominated the team classification.

    The photo finish decided that Fabio Jakobsen was the winner, Matteo Pelucchi came in second place. Christophe Laporte had to accept third place.
